IC CHARACTERISTICS: Information for players.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: milo dresses to blend, generally jeans and jackets and a t-shirt. he's not the kind of guy to fuss, and he prefers not to be noticeable. often hunched and sort of trying to hide his face, though he'll come into his own a bit more the longer he's in town. he's just scraping above average height and has a fairly thin frame. hair is a mess and dark, generally pretty wild and wavy. will often have his hands in his pockets or tucked away to avoid unnecessary touching due to his magic.
DEMEANOR: milo's a quiet guy and it would be odd for him to go out of his way to initiate an interaction. mostly he's used to keeping to himself, and the limelight is his enemy. he has a dry wit and a pretty dark sense of humour at times which he's cultivated as a coping mechanism. he's probably going to say the wrong thing but he means well. despite this he's not shy by any means; he's actually very sure of himself and he carries himself this way, he just prefers not to wear everything on his sleeve. he loves everything to do with magic and he's spent most of his life studying it, which is his greatest passion. he has a keen interest in psychology, free will and human nature, mostly because he's determined that he can be a different person to the way he was born and raised.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: so much no. he is very in control of his magic but he doesn't like to test it, he'll avoid touching whenever possible.
FLIRTING: so long as it's not physical he wouldn't mind much. he won't take it very seriously, and he certainly doesn't expect anyone in this town to want to sleep with him, but he'll take it as it comes.
RELATIONSHIPS: he has a bit of a history with Sarah Miller, they were childhood friends and kind of sweethearts, and he's never been able to find anyone since who really understood who he is and where he comes from and what happened in his past. there's been a couple of attempts but nothing lasting more than a few months. he's open to suggestions but it'll take a fair bit to have a crack at him ;)
HOME INFORMATION: he's living in his parent's old home, which is a bit of a flashback. it's next door to Sarah, located close to the middle of town.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: he won't take kindly to talk of his parents, or dark magic.
ABILITIES: he's a very intelligent guy with a sharp eye and a quick mind.
POWERS: milo is a dark witch when it comes down to it, and his magic isn't nice. despite his love for it, he keeps it under wraps because of this, but it's always itching to get out. his magic wants to be bad, and it's biggest power is his siphoning. he can suck magic from witches by touching them, same for magical objects. he can draw strength from celestial events and energies, which will make his own magic stronger. he doesn't know what would happen if he tried the siphoning on a human, but he can guess, and he doesn't want to find out for sure.
