please use this post to create any plots/ties with Milo. things of note:
 

• milo is a dark witch with the powers and the reputation to back it up.
• his parents are currently serving a life sentence in prison for the murder of the Millers.
• he was born and raised in siren cove however he's been away for ten years trying to let the town forget he existed; how well that has gone is up to you!
• his strongest power is siphoning - he can drain magic from other witches, magical objects, etc. milo won't use this ability without ooc permission in game, and he has very good control over it which he's spent ten years perfecting
• is a magic nerd, has spent a lot of time studying magic and loves everything about it, except you know, his own

i am open to any and all suggestions, and i'd love to create some history and future plots for him here 8)
